Jordan’s golf company has announced plans to dispose of its golf travel bags and golf travel shoes in a move aimed at attracting investment.
Jordan Golf Group said in a statement on Friday that it is looking at how to sell its golf and outdoor activities business after being told in the last few months that some of its products are no longer considered viable for retail sale.
The company said it is considering selling golf and golf-related items at a discount to attract new investment and that it will be reviewing its operations.
The move is aimed at creating more space for new golf businesses to be launched in the Jordan brand.
Jordan is one of the world’s most valuable golf companies, with an estimated annual turnover of around $3.6bn.
